These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magnitron website and any community channels we link to from it. Magnitron Solutions Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (RC 2013510) ("Magnitron", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the Magnitron Web3 Institute. By visiting this site or joining our community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Magnitron is a Web3 ecosystem that equips people, with a focus on Africans, with the skills, community, and support needed to build sustainable blockchain careers and businesses. This site is informational and community-facing — it doesn't process payments or hold user accounts.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website or join our community channels. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian's consent.

• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Don't impersonate Magnitron, its team, or other users.

Our X, Telegram, and TikTok channels are hosted by third-party platforms and are also governed by those platforms' own terms. We expect the same respectful, non-abusive conduct described above in any Magnitron-affiliated channel, and may remove members who violate it.

The Magnitron name, logo, and the content we publish on this site are owned by Magnitron Solutions unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site links to third-party platforms (including X, Telegram, and TikTok) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnitron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including losses related to blockchain or cryptocurrency activity.
